I have many missing packs and have talked to support many times with no solution

I have tons of missing packs that support has listed for me and have been told many times that its a technical issue and will be fixed. Yet nothing has happened and I know this has happened to many players so if I could get info to help, I'd appreciate it. Support is telling me they're unopened packs but then when I select that menu I'm told I have no packs currently to open. On the homepage it says I have 1 unopened pack and still this issue persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
