Hello,

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the current pack marketplace situation in College Football 25 ultimate team

I opened:

10 Legends Unleashed BND packs

2 Season 6 Epic BND packs

2 Field Goal packs

1 Victory Formation pack

The in-game marketplace advertised that Frank Gore was in packs. Based on that, I spent valuable packs, time, and energy targeting him. However, Frank Gore was not available in any of the packs, making the marketplace advertisement misleading and false.

As someone who has invested a significant amount of money and time into this game, this experience feels like a complete breach of trust. Even though I didn’t spend direct money on these specific packs, the marketplace misrepresentation directly influenced my decision to open them — and I feel cheated.

I respectfully request that EA investigate this situation and offer appropriate compensation.
