Missing CUT Champs rewards

I won 17 games by I guess the game bugged out, it did not give me my rewards for 17 wins, which should be some victory formation packs, coins, and a gauntlet token.

    Hey @Mickey230000 

    For missing rewards, I would check with our support to further look into this,

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select College Football 25 
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I earned
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

    @EA_Illium This is so useless because all they say is “the team is investigating” and two weeks later still no communication from CFBDirect on twitter or any sign of rewards rolling out. I had this issue two weeks ago and the agent didn’t give me anything except “it’s escalated.” Here I am today still confused because nothing has been done and there is no sign anything will be done. Went 13-8 in games i played and got rewards for the 4 win bucket.
