Same I even tried EA help and they just told me to post on the forums so the ea devs can see that people are having the problem. I think I got an extra U token when I needed a T token but they are random and there's no list so we're kinda screwed unless they fix it. I also paid for a platinum player bc I figured $5 worth it for a jump in next years game. I'm gonna try Ea help again for 26 and reference my case number and see if they can just do a grant for at least the player
