I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on Ultimate Team and my team is now a 94 overall, the problem is that whenever I try to do anything other than buy packs in ultimate team it says “offense ability cap exceeded” and won’t let me do the thing I’m trying to do. When a new season comes it lets me play ultimate teams tell I hit best team overall and then it won’t work.
Facts man mines been like that for a month and I’ve seen others with this issue and EA isn’t doing s**t about it I’ve deleted the games multiple times signed out of EA rebooted my ps5 and still nothing and I’ve yet to still receive answers from EA is pretty garbage imo
Mine started doing this today won’t be spending money on the next one. Pre ordered, spent money on ultimate team, just way too much money to completely locked on of the game. I can’t even get my RTG to load
*mine just tells me the servers are down or boots me to my dashboard no matter the game mode
Is this a patch error maybe?
Same man, I’ve deleted it and redownloaded, I’ve reset my EA account, I’ve restarted and even hard reset my console a few times. Pisses me the **bleep** off because that like $300 down the drain.
I’ve had the same problem. Like you spent a butt load to get my team to 94 and. I emailed them they replied they were checking into it and I replied to multiple emails to them and I als got that there mailbox is full and the email was undeliverable. Then they closed the case. Basically I got a big F you
Dealing with the same thing right now. Over two days now I can’t do challenges, solo battles, H2H, not even PRACTICE with my team smh. But of course the store works perfectly fine. It’s a joke and a terrible look on ea. 36 BILLION dollar company can’t even have their “money making” mode work.
Yeah EA **bleep** sucks, I searched for like an hour to try and find a EA tech support line a could call like other game studios have and they just don’t have one. It feels like they are trying to slap there fans in the face.
What’s that? (I’m a teenager so im a not very well versed in this area)
