My Fc account got banned from online services!

Hi, i think i know why you banned me, but please let me clarify my situation i just got 1 year of ea play pro and i had a problem that fc connect to far server like north amrica, the ping was + 200 and iam from egypt so i tried to fix this problem by downloading application called lago fast and i payed a premium membership on it and it fixed my problem and i could connect to southern europe finally afterthat i got banned , please feel my pain i just wasted money to play your game and wasted more to fix this servers problem to get ban in the end !!

i can send screen shots of the app and for sure i didnt know it will get me banned i hope you help me thats alot of money in egypt here be faire please and look at my matches history iam losing alot everything will tell you its not hack!!!
