My users are not loading when downloading Teambuilder Teams

Hey, I'm doing a series where I make Iowa High School Football Teams and my users: iahsfb26_5a & iahsfb26_4a don't work when putting their name into the username box. If this is just a bug and can be fixed that'd be helpful, Thanks.
