I have submitted another claim because this is absurd. I was never trying to break the rules and did not know what I was doing was against the rules. All I did was sell an item to another player that I play the game with almost on a nightly basis. There was no third party involved or any buying of coins. Is there anyway I can talk directly with a representative to amend this?
the customer service at EA has been nonexistent. I have spent endless hours and money playing this game and to remove me from the auction house ruins the game.
