NCAA Same PS5 different account can’t access the game

I bought NCAA on my ps5 account. My son has his own PS5 account on my PS5 and can no longer access the game. He was able to play for the first week and now it is telling him to buy the game? How can I fix this?

    Hey @brezo99

Game sharing is a feature supported by Sony, If your account was the one that originally purchased College Football try launching the game there and Restoring your game licenses (steps below).

If this keeps up you may want to check both Sony accounts and check with them for any reason you cannot game share.

Restore the license for the game.

      • Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
      • Click Account Management then Restore Licenses

    Cheers!

Unfortunately I did restore the licensing on both my account and my son's account.  With both are Playstation Plus members, do you think that is the problem?

    Hey @brezo99

I don't imagine that would cause an issue, but that would be a better question for Sony support.

If you haven't I would reach out to them to ask why your Sons account may no longer be able to game share the games your account purchased.

Out of curiosity have you recently added either account to a new console, or made any Sony accounts changes?
