No commentary

Offline Dynasty mode no matter who I play even if it’s game of the week I have no commentary. Volumes are turned up. I can hear fans, stadium noise, players hitting each other but no commentary. Anyone know how I can fix this.

Are your audio settings using surround sound, but you don't have a surround sound system? If so, set your audio output to stereo and let me know if the commentary can now be heard. Thanks!

Take a look at your Xbox settings for them. Go to Settings > General > Volume & audio output > Speaker audio.

Would that be Xbox settings or in the game settings? If they are in the game where would that be as I don’t see them
