No rewards

I went a few days in season 5 being able to do challenges and solo seasons or any game mode for that matter. But randomly out of nowhere I kept getting an error code every time I tried playing solo seasons or challenges which completely prevented me from finishing any field pass challenges and getting any rewards whatsoever. I play this game every day to get the rewards and I just got scammed out of an entire season of getting nothing and now I get no rewards for a mistake ea makes. Unreal.
