Not able to play ultimate team

I can go into ultimate team, but every time I try to play I get a "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later" error. And it sends me to the main menu. I contacted EA and there is nothing they can do.

I just won a game last second and when I went back it was like I never even played. The win didn’t show or a loss but I clipped the final play and took pictures of final stats.
