Offline Dynasty: "The EA servers are not available at this time. Please try..."

Really hoping to get some support from EA here since I cannot find how to actually contact them for direct support.

I have been receiving this error since I tried loading up my offline dynasty when I got home yesterday (6pm'ish). It loaded fine in the AM but I haven't been able to load into it since.

Things I have tried:

1) Closing and restarting my PS5

2) Power cycling my modem (kept it unplugged for 5 mins)

3) Going from hardwired to wifi

4) Using a mobile hotspot 

5) Mobile hotspot with VPN

6) Deleting the game and reinstalling

7) Deleting saved app data on PS5 and reinstalling again

I then started a new test dynasty and when I "load" into dynasty I can see both files. I can load the new one but the old one will not load and gives me that server error screen again. On repeat.

I am all out of options. I don't even know why I need EA servers to access my offline dynasty. Makes no sense.

Really hope I can get some help. I do not want to start over.
