If you have a moment can we try the following steps and check if this keeps up?
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
- Turn it back on after one minute.
- Launch your game.
- Restore the license for the game.
- Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
- Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
- Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
- Reinstall your game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.

Tried everything but still not working all of a suddden. We’re in second season in bowl week and this started?! Nothing seems to fix it!
