Currently experiencing this on Xbox, I've been unable to get into my online dynasty since Saturday afternoon. Attempted to go to dynasty>continue, receiving the error message “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu.” Same error when trying to use the load dynasty button> select dynasty. I'm also getting this error message whenever I try to create a new online dynasty. There might be a correlation when choosing Active Roster instead of default. If I choose active roster option on a new dynasty it will load about 75% of the loading roaster bar before it gives the “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu." It doesn't do this on default option. I've restarted the game, restarted my xbox, checked my internet connection with upload/download speeds in the 900's with no packet loss as I'm running off of an Ethernet connection.
Additionally, I'm running version 1.0.0.9
