ONLINE DYNASTY DISCONNECT 2-0 WIN AWARDED TO LOSING TEAM

I've worked with EA Sports throughout the years as a roster editor and I sent this to Ben [Edit - EA_Barry], Scott [Edit - EA_Barry] & my EA contact Zach [Edit - EA_Barry] (Zfarls).

We have two users in our dynasty that have played twice this year. The son was beating the father in both games -- and the game disconnects in the last 3 minutes and awards the father a 2-0 victory both times. The most recent disconnect was in the Quarterfinals and end the season prematurely for the son -- who had his best opportunity to win a National Championship.

1st Gamertag: TCG x Truzz (2 losses due to disconnects)

2nd Gamertag: DA B DAWGS 6 (The Commissioner -- He's been awarded two victories by a score of 2-0)

Platform: Xbox Series X

Error message: No. The game just disconnects and kicks both users to the dashboard

In my experience as a commissioner this has happened three 🏀 times in Dynasty mode. The last two times have been in the dynasty controlled by DA B DAWGS 6. We're in Season 4 (2028). Both games were played in the same household on different XBox consoles. My son & I have played hundreds of games online head-to-head & and within dynasty since July with no issues. DA B DAWGS 6 & TCG x Truzz have played each other many times without an issue.

The first disconnect was December 24 at 1:30 pm EST

The second disconnect was January 7 at 4:20 pm EST
