Online Dynasty Glitch

So I run a league in season 2 where we bring back football legends and put them on user teams each season. Last season we did 2 per team and I didn’t have a problem. This season I have a QB RB LE AND RE, that I created as legends.

but I can’t go into free practice or into my CPU games on this dynasty. Not sure if I can play user games or not. On my QB roster there is a guy at the bottom that is 34 overall, doesn’t have a face, and when I go to edit him my game crashes. 

any advice?
