I wanted to confirm you get this error message from any game mode and not just in Ultimate Team?
If so, can we try the following steps first?
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type

I get it across multiple game modes. I can’t play off-line dynasty. I can’t do quick play. But ironically enough, I can still buy points and open packs. It’s just when I go to play the game it doesn’t let me.

This has also been happening to me for the past month and it’s extremely frustrating. I’ve tried everything and all I got from you guys was “we’re aware of this issue and ongoing investigation.” Spent close to $300 in packs for ultimate and ultimately, got SCAMMED BECAUSE I CANT EVEN PLAY THE GAME. A solution or my money back is required.
