i bought two weekly premium packs two separate weeks & my premium platinum pack was still locked both times. since it was locked i grabbed a different pack that i didn’t want.
I have also had this issue. I contacted EA help, and they put in a bug report for this issue. They also told me to post the issue in the forums too. I purchased two weekly platinum packs and then the premium platinum was still locked.
