Wanted to provide an update on this one. This has been sent over to the team and they are now aware. You may see this updated before we update this, so keep an eye out in the game for any updates to the store.

Update: The issue with the Premium Platinum Pack should now be fixed. It should now unlock properly once you meet the requirements.

@EA_Shepard This “Team” needs to remove these packs from the store they STILL haven’t fixed this seemingly simple issue. Packs need to be taken down until fixed so more people don’t spend 10$ in the hopes of getting access to something they aren’t able to.
