Premium Platinum Pack Locked In The Store

The pack issue should be resolved at this point.
Can you all exit UT, log back in, and check the store?

- @EA_Shepard First thank you for being an actual avenue to try and solve this issue. However the pack is still locked for me and my friend.
Just to keep you updated the packs still is not available, I had made a poll on a CUT subreddit to see if maybe it was fixed for some and 14 said no it’s not fixed 0 said it was fixed for them.
I won't be able to comment, my store has reset and I am not going to get 2 more packs to test this. As I was unable to obtain the Premium Weekly is there anything planning on being done to rectify this??
- EA_ShepardHi @jxnny100, If anything is done for players that happens studio side not the forums side. Community Managers cannot say it will or won't happen as that isn't our call. If they do, they will let players know.
I have 3 days until reset. Please get this fixed
