I won't be able to comment, my store has reset and I am not going to get 2 more packs to test this. As I was unable to obtain the Premium Weekly is there anything planning on being done to rectify this??

Community ManagerHi @jxnny100, If anything is done for players that happens studio side not the forums side. Community Managers cannot say it will or won't happen as that isn't our call. If they do, they will let players know.
I have 3 days until reset. Please get this fixed
- @EA_Shepard Issue seems to be fixed, the pack is available now.
This issue is still affecting my account on PlayStation I've tried restarting my PlayStation and game multiple times and still won't work.
is there anything I can do?

@madjet2 Followed up on it. The issue was resolved. Has been it happening this whole time, or did it start up again?
This is the first time it's happened to me and I'm still unable to access it
