I have tried all of that. It doesn’t work. Also still says 2 days until available. I have confirmed my ea subscription and have plenty of space on the console

I’m having the same issue. I tried to order the deluxe yesterday. I think it may somehow be tied together

Me as well, I have purchased the standard and deluxe but will be canceling the standard. Still can’t access any game trail

Hi @4aa8e9e78a73efaa, To confirm do you keep getting the message in your first screenshot, or do you see a count down time of about 3 day until you can access it?
