PS5 - pre-ordered the Deluxe College Football unable to play

I pre-ordered the Deluxe College Football And It still says I have 3 days to wait to play the game. I am on the PS5. [Title edit - EA_Barry]

Thanks for the information so far, we have passed this on to the game teams to investigate.

Can you try uninstalling what you have, and installing the game from here: https://store.playstation.com/en-us/product/UP0006-PPSA04184_00-COLLEGDLXEDITION

Once done can you see if you still get the time gate or if you can enter Early Access?

I did the same and purchase the standard edition first but have yet ask for a refund but I followed link and still nothing

Hi @mg6644, So you have both the standard and deluxe editions pre-orders on your PSN Account, with nothing refunded currently?

  That’s correct nothing was refunded just yet I mean if we can get it working both will be refunded at this point

    Hi @mg6644, It's possible your first order is causing an issue with the game on your Sony account. Can we try refunding the Standard edition, reinstalling the deluxe version and seeing if you can launch the game?
