PS5 - pre-ordered the Deluxe College Football unable to play
I pre-ordered the Deluxe College Football And It still says I have 3 days to wait to play the game. I am on the PS5.

Can you try uninstalling what you have, and installing the game from here: https://store.playstation.com/en-us/product/UP0006-PPSA04184_00-COLLEGDLXEDITION
Once done can you see if you still get the time gate or if you can enter Early Access?

To confirm did you do the following when trying to pre-order College Football 25?
1. Pre-ordered the standard edition
2. Refunded the standard edition
3. Pre-ordered the Deluxe edition
OR
1. Pre-ordered the standard edition
2. Pre-ordered the Deluxe edition
3. Refunded

I did the following. Refunded the standard and preordered the deluxe in the same day.

- @EA_Illium the first one. standard, refund, deluxe
@EA_Illium @tyfitz33 Same. It appears to me that the original Standard version is not being appropriately removed from our libraries, and when trying to download, it defaults to the Standard version. Which is not available for a few days. So Deluxe is being blocked by Standard in our libraries.

3 Refund request for Standard Editon, shortly after preorder of Deluxe Edition 7/15 @11:18 MT
