PS5 - pre-ordered the Deluxe College Football unable to play
I pre-ordered the Deluxe College Football And It still says I have 3 days to wait to play the game. I am on the PS5.

So I was refunded the Amount for Standard Edition.
the Deluxe Edition shows as “You’ve Preordered this” and no option to install/download.
if it’s any consolation, I even have EA Play, and it doesn’t give me any option for the 10 hr trial, cause even if they maybe somehow had a mishap on the refund. I still should be able to download/install for the 10 hour access. But that doesn’t even work.
But PS has refunded me for the Standard Edition.
i own the Deluxe Edition of the game.
I don’t have my refund for the standard yet but I’m seeing the same thing otherwise.
I have the option for the ea game trial through the ps store, but when I click it I get an error
