PS5 - pre-ordered the Deluxe College Football unable to play
I pre-ordered the Deluxe College Football And It still says I have 3 days to wait to play the game. I am on the PS5.

Hello, I purchased the deluxe edition of ea sports college football 25 on July 6th. I received an email confirming it and there is a charge on my credit card for the cost of it. However, I can’t access the game and I didn’t receive any instructions on how to download.
Very frustrated at this point because each time I’ve been able to pull away from work to call, I’ve been on hold for another 20-30 minutes and they have said they can’t help me. They “transfer” me and basically hang up.
can anybody help me?
