PS5 - pre-ordered the Deluxe College Football unable to play

I preordered the deluxe edition awhile back and it says I can’t download it for 2 more days. Shouldn’t I get early access?

Update!! I tried this last night and it didn’t work but it’s working now

All I did was restore licenses, then restart the Ps5

Upon logging back in I am now downloading the game… hopefully it actually lets me in now 

I had the exact same problem, also pre ordering the standard version, then the deluxe version. I have also been refunded for the standard edition, but still cannot download either the trial or the deluxe version. Also a 2 day 5 hr timer. Is there any solution to this yet?

I originally pre-ordered the standard version of CFB 25 but today I refunded that and purchased the deluxe edition to gain early access. I went to download on my PS5 and all I see is the countdown until the standard release. On my PS app when I got to remote download while in rest mode I get an error message.

Any help would be appreciated!

It will not even give me the option to download my deluxe edition. What can I do to trouble shoot this ?

I factory reset my playstation 5 regretfully, but now College football 25 is downloading! I tried everything already suggested but nothing worked until now. Hope this helps.

Someone please help I just bought the deluxe version to play NCAA 25 and it's not letting me have the early access. I bought the standard version as a pre-order, and now I bought the deluxe so I can play. 

Hello, I purchased the deluxe edition of ea sports college football 25 on July 6th.  I received an email confirming it and there is a charge on my credit card for the cost of it.  However, I can’t access the game and I didn’t receive any instructions on how to download.  

Very frustrated at this point because each time I’ve been able to pull away from work to call, I’ve been on hold for another 20-30 minutes and they have said they can’t help me.  They “transfer” me and basically hang up.  

can anybody help me? 

I purchased the MVP Bundle for College Football and Madden, and it isn't providing the early access to the NCAA game. How do i fix this?
