Does this only happen in one game mode?

No error message, the game just crashed and goes to Xbox Home Screen
Its only happened once in my playoff game on squads ultimate team. Campus legend division.
No steps to take to fix it
I clipped it which my clips are set to record the past minute but it only clipped 3 seconds which shouldn’t be possible and never has happened before. Seems fishy it only happened during this time.
