Happen on 9/18 around 3pm est after the daily update. 

Picked my TotW, opened the card packs. Purchased and open my daily 100 coin pack and then played 1 game of solo seasons. When I exited the game, instead of it going to the reward/progress screen - I received the "Our servers cannot process your claim at this time" error and have not been able to access the UT hud since. All other online modes work properly. I submitted an EA support case, have also done all the troubleshooting steps including uninstalling the game and deleting all game data, clear cache, change DNS etc. It appears that some users can access the UT hud still and are able to reset their roster and possibly fix the issue, but the majority of us are unable to even access the UT hud to try that. 

Thank you @EA_Kent for at least acknowledging there is a known issue. You are the only person from EA that has acknowledged there is a known bug. Are there any updates on the fix or potential resolution timelines? 

As others have mentioned - each day that goes by without being able to access the UT hud and collect XP, cards etc impacts our ability to have competitive fairness in UT. It's pretty frustrating for those who have been trying to grind coins and cards every day without spending any money in UT. I have 190+ hours invested in this UT. I can only imagine those who have spent time and money in the EA store and now are unable to access UT. I certainly hope the problem is resolved swiftly and that EA will compensate us for the lost XP and cards somehow as well. I think we all would just appreciate some transparency on the issue, and some form of regular update on progress - even if the resolution status is unknown. Thank you.

    Still same, havent seen anything on the official Twitter addressing this. Makes me want to just delete Madden and College 25 and be done with EA games for good. If this was Destiny 2, Bungie would have dropped an emergency update ASAP. No pride in their product, or appreciation of the people playing their games that line their pockets.

    can we please have an update? At this point I have lost so much time and coins it's disappointing

    @chefjuanvaldezPC Well said and written. Exactly the same issues I’ve been having. I didn’t go through the same predeceasing steps but ended up at the same issue . Encountered this a couple of weeks ago but could access CUT and optimized line up, which solved the problem. Wish I could at least launch it to try again.

    around 400 hours for me and over 1k spent . this is not acceptable
