I had my Freshman QB ready to start his 2nd year, and when I go in to change his gear his ratings go all the way down to 12. Anyway to fix this? This needs to be fix ASAP

Why is it that the EA servers are always down on my NCAA25 game?. This is unacceptable in my opinion. How do we alleviate this issue?
