Hey @RiVeRaThO 

To check, what is the full error message you are getting?

Also, if you haven't can we give the following a try?

  1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
  2. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
  3. Perform a power cycle.
    • Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
    • Turn it back on after one minute.
    • Launch your game.
  4. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
  5. Restore the license for the game.
    • Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
    • Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.

    I’ve also done every step on your troubleshooting list. None of it works. What can be done so I can play the game I paid $100 for?

    @EA_Illium im following up on this issue. Clearly you see there are a MASSIVE amount of people with server issues for online game modes. I cannot access UT, Dynast, or even play an exhibition game if I’m online.

    the only way to play the game is go disconnect from the internet and play the CPU.

    What is EA going to do about patching this bug?

    Hey @RiVeRaThO 

    Thanks for the additional information, to confirm do you get a specific message when you disconnect from any game mode?

    We've had a couple of maintenance updates from the team, which have blocked access to one or more modes and have come out since the early access period of College Football. 

    Currently, if you are unable to access any game mode we would want to try a few additional steps to check if we can resolve this.,
