@EA_Illium This is so useless because all they say is “the team is investigating” and two weeks later still no communication from CFBDirect on twitter or any sign of rewards rolling out. I had this issue two weeks ago and the agent didn’t give me anything except “it’s escalated.” Here I am today still confused because nothing has been done and there is no sign anything will be done. Went 13-8 in games i played and got rewards for the 4 win bucket.
