Re: Ultimate Team - Error "Our servers cannot process your request"

Dude I’m struggling to not lose my cool over this. This is the most BS thing I’ve ever seen on a game to last 3+ days. I’m so mad I can’t see straight. And they hide behind their computers and won’t face us or give us a live phone number to call. And they owe us money. Any other product we buy we would return it if all features didn’t work correctly and get our money back. The same principles apply here.

2K needs to take over football games. Every game they make is better than EA. We all know about basketball. NBA Live used to be the best basketball game. EA is lost as a company. Apparently they’ve forgotten about making good games and providing good support. All about stock price and Wall Street now. What a shame. But after this I’m done with EA. Maybe college football should’ve stayed dead if this is how they bring it back. EA you owe a lot of people a lot right now this isn’t right.

Everyone on here - don’t give up. Keep harassing the hell out of them about this issue. Hit them on Twitter. Hit them on YouTube. The only way to get this resolved is to keep hounding them. Plus the principle of the matter is they owe us this or our money back. But until they either fix the game or give us a refund, don’t stop hounding them. Do it like 10 times a day. If we all do that we will get noticed and they will eventually have to address this. Don’t give up, if you do they win and we all lose.
