Having the same issue on ps5, based off what I’ve researched if it’s linked to anything else we’re basically cooked and locked out of all online features. A waste of $70

Hi @Coolstroybrro, To confirm if you have a platform account linked to an existing EA account there are a few things we can try.

First, you will need to be able to login to that existing account. So we would want to first try resettings your EA account password at help.ea.com

If you are unable to access that account after, you will want to reach out to our support at the same site to have a further look.

Go to this website below if you keep getting the change the password but can not log into that ea account. Click on the last link on the bottom of the page called "Regulators, Courts, Police, and Public Authorities" and you will see a form. Fill it out and you will get an email response in a few days.

I had an EA account with a disactivated email. I could not log in and searched the internet for an answer. When I filled out that link form I was helped by a consumer relation person. He asked me questions to prove the disabled account was mine. When it was proven, he deleted that account. So then I created a new account and linked it to my PlayStation.
