Hey Everyone,

If you get the message "Your credentials are incorrect or have expired" first, try resetting your EA Account password at help.ea.com

After fully close College Football and restart your console, Next try launching College Football and signing in if prompted.

If you continue getting this message you will want to contact our support to take a further look at your account.

Go to the EA Help homepage.
Select College Football (or any game you're trying to play)
Select the See all help topics
Select the option I want to update my EA Account password (or select what best matches your case)
You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

If you no longer have access to the email on your accounts, try the steps in our Help Article: I can't access my email address
