Reconnecting PSN account to previous EA account

Would like to know if EA support may be able to help with forcibly unlinking my PSN account from another email in order to link it back with my personal EA account.

The problem is that myself and my girlfriend tried to play ItTakesTwo on my PC setup and another console I have handy, long story short, I unlinked my PSN account from my EA account to see if connecting her account would change us being able to play together, it didn't.

So now I am trying to play NCAA 25 again and load up ultimate team to find I cannot load up my orginal ultimate team I spent a lot of time, and some money on. We try to unlink my PSN account from her EA account in order for me to reconnect it to my EA account. Greeted with a message that it will not be possible to do so until October. 

very frustrating because if I knew beforehand that I wouldn't be able to recover my ultimate team save data until october, never would have disconnected my EA account from my PSN account to begin with.
