I have just talked to the EA Help for the 5th time in 2 days and they might start to realise that this is a big issue. I have the following transcript from one of their employees:
Vipnesh (23.7.2024, 11.07.09): First of all I would like to apologize for the hassle you had to deal with. I've checked my updates and found that some players are experiencing this issue, where in they didn't received points in CF25, but the good news is that the same has been reported to our game developers for investigation. They are working hard to fix the problem as soon as possible.
Vipnesh (23.7.2024, 11.07.25): We are currently working on identifying all affected players from our database so that our in-game team can make necessary changes in our servers and accounts of affected players in one shot. Once identified, our team will certainly help you get your points. For now, I request you to wait and this will surely be rectified, we just need your cooperation on this.
I asked for an internal support ticket or a official statement on this but got no reply other than "check EA Help twitter account" and "Vipnesh (23.7.2024, 11.21.47): But we can't share it with you. I kindly request you to wait for some time, I can assure you, our team is working round the clock to solve this issue."
This could be a lie but i guess we will find out soon huh.
I have also contacted xbox and they say everything looks good on their end and have escalated my case to their support team and should reach back later today with an update. They think right now that it the EA account not updating data correctly, aka why our balance ingame doesnt update after we redeem the code.
