Redeemed a code for points but it never appeared in game.

I don’t know what else to do. Reached out to Microsoft and they told me to reach out to support here. I have a case in but when i try to chat with someone it says there’s a 12 minute wait but nothing ever happens.

    Typically it can take 24 hrs after the purchase to see your content, If you don't have your purchase after that time you will want to reach out to our support with your Purchase Information, so they can look into this further.   

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select College Football 25
    3. Select the See all help topics
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

  • On Sunday I bought 24000 points for UT. When I went into UT there were NO points. I restarted my Xbox and loaded back in. Still nothing. Here it is Wednesday and all of my tickets get closed by EA help. I answered all of their requests for proof and they still said it was 3rd party. So they won’t credit my account. Xbox can’t help with in game currency. How is this justified

    The team has made some changes and I wanted to confirm if anyone is still missing their points.

    If so try fully closing your game and relaunching it to confirm if you see your points.

    Its some days later but it works after the changes has been made, thanks for the fix and communication. I hope everybody else also got what they paid for.
