Reset password loop

I am receiving the please reset password loop. Can someone please help me with this?

Hey, @CoJax1109. When contacting support, we have to choose different options. Not all will provide the chat, which is working as intended. When you go to Help.ea.com and choose these options, you should get a chat. One of the main things to consider is using the options of not being able to log in and not being logged into the site. 

Use the option to continue without logging in
