Road to CFP college football 25

I went to play online in road to the CFP in college football 25 and realized it's not saving my matches. It still has me at 6-0 and says my last game I was ohio state. I should be 9-0 at this point and my last game I was florida state. Anyone else have this problem? And how do I get my wins back? I'm trying to rank up but cant if it won't move.

The same thing is happening to me on Xbox x. It's not saving my games and I should be at 13 wins instead of 8. I lost a game on purpose to see if it would count, still not working
