Road to CFP Game Results Not Counted

I was playing a ranked game in the Road to the College Football Playoff mode today 1/5/25 around 4:30pm Est when the EA Sports servers went down. My internet was working fine on my end as my Xbox and the rest of my devices were still connected with no issues. At the time of the disconnection, I was winning the game by 20+ points with 8 seconds left in the 4th quarter. I had the ball and the clock was running. I clearly would’ve won the game but after signing back into the servers I found that the game results were not counted…

When I signed back in I got a notification saying “PENDING GAME RESULTS. Your previous game is still being processed by the EA servers. Your estimated processing time is 1 minute. The results will refresh automatically when this process is finishes”. It’s been about 1 hour since I got this message now and the results still have not been processed after refreshing the Road to College Football Playoff mode multiple times and power cycling my console. This game was the 10th and final game in my season, and I need a win to move up to the Heisman division.

I was playing against Clemson using Utah in this game. Is there anything I can do to get the game results counted for this game? I tried reaching out to EA Sports Help and creating a case, but they told me the only thing I can do is post the issue here and hope this catches the eye of the community team...
