Road to CFP Wrong Outcome

I was playing a game in Road to CFP this afternoon (1/17/2024). I was playing as Arizona against sanchezzYFN (also known as SanchezDaOne_), who was playing as Ohio State. I went up a couple touchdowns on him with 15 seconds left. He was griefing, meaning he was not touching his controller. He kept getting delay of game penalties. I declined, just in case he was away from his controller. Then, it kicked him for excess griefing, but marked it as a LOSS for me, saying I did not finish the game. I need this reversed. I won this game. He lost this game. The final score was 33 to 21. I've had really bad customer experience so far. I would like to request a full refund if this cannot be fixed.
