Road to glory keeps changing my playbook

Every time I get ready to start a game in road to glory, I'm playing as Kentucky but my playbook is stuck on Stanford and I have to change it back every game

Why is it that the EA servers are always down on my NCAA25 game?. This is unacceptable in my opinion. How do we alleviate this issue?
