S5 & SotS Challenges not loading

My Stars of the Season challenges past D'Angelo Ponds (challenge 10) aren't showing up, and my reward tiers for the S5 challenges are not showing up either. I've restarted the game multiple times, and no change has occurred. I do not know how to fix this.
