Season 5 Starter pack glitch

i bought the season 5 starter pack and when I tried to quicksell everyone, I got the "our servers cannot process this request right now" and kicked me out. When I logged back into Ultimate Team everything I earned from the pack was gone and I had no currencies added and no points. Everyone I pulled from the pack disappeared. It's been like 30+ hours now and they still haven't appeared. I have already created cases in ea support, Does anyone know what else I can do to fix it?
