Servers are unavailable when I open packs and want to play draft.

Same here. Some of us have been dealing with the same "server issue" for 10+ days on the draft events and now it's over. Now I'm dealing with the same trying to open the same pack as you and now also with the Underdogs event. Nobody has addressed the bugs yet and the lack of communication and transparency has pretty much turned me off from playing out this season or pre-ordering the next game.
