Servers crashed as I was about to win a solo seasons: against all odds game

I was about to win a game in against all odds, was lined up to kick the field goal. It was going to be good and the servers crashed (I have the video). Now every time I go in to try and play it gives me an error. 1. I should be awarded the win, and 2. They need to fix it so I can play again.
