Signed Out Every Time I Open

Does anybody know how to fix it from signing me out of EA every time the game crashes or I close the app? I have to sign in 2 times and get 2 two factor codes from my email every time I want to play the game, and I’m getting annoyed.

    Thanks for confirming, do you get a specific message when this happens?

    Also depending on your platform can we try the following?

    Xbox

    Spoiler
    1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
    2. Perform a power cycle.
    3. Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
    4. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
    5. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
    6. Open you're Xbox NAT Type
    7. Clear the MAC Address.
      • From the Xbox dashboard, click Settings, then go to All Settings.
      • Go to Network, then Network Settings.
      • Click Advanced Settings, then Alternate MAC address.
      • Select Clear, then restart your Xbox.

    PlayStation

    Spoiler
    1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
    2. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
    3. Perform a power cycle.
      • Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
      • Turn it back on after one minute.
      • Launch your game.
    4. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
    5. If your game supports Voice Chat to Text functionality, turn this off in your audio or accessibility settings menu.
    6. Restore the license for the game.
      • Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
      • Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
    7. Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

    I have a ps5 and the same thing is happening to me. I use a new email and every time i open the game i have to backspace my old email and type in my new email so that it can send me a verification email and then i can play the game. For some reason it wants to hold on to my old email. What should i do?

    @j0hndeane I also Don’t have access to my new email or i would just use that one. But still its annoying to have to sign in every time either way
