Team Builder Apparel not changing when making a second team

Description:

After making a team using Nike as a uniform provider, I decided to try and make another team with Under Armour instead. When moving to the uniform part of the Team Builder, the uniforms selected only reflected Nike choices.

Expected Result:

Whichever Apparel is selected in the Brand section should be accurately mirrored in the Uniform section.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Launch Team Builder

2) Create a team using Nike as an Apparel provider

3) Save (not submit) the team

4) Create a second team

5) Swap that team's apparel from Nike to either Adidas or Under Armour

6) Proceed to Uniform

7) Observe the jersey choices and preview
